Museum Vestfyn and the Assens Libraries offer the oldest children in daycare centers an experience where the stories collected by the museum meet the library’s more imaginative possibilities within the world of storytelling. With suitcases full of exciting items, stories are told from both the local past and more imaginative worlds. In an engaging way, the children discover how stories at a museum can differ from those at a library. The children are also involved in the creative storytelling process.

In this year’s local history unit , we’re exploring the topic of witches, and we’re tying the narrative to stories from Vissenbjerg and other places.

WHERE: Assens Libraries' branches throughout the municipality

WHEN: Thursdays in September, October, and November. REGISTRATION REQUIRED

DURATION: 9:30–10:30 a.m., including time to handle the items
